Dates
All class packages have one. You may come to any class,
anytime. It is your responsibility to fulfill your commitment to yourself.
Couples may share an 8 class series, but if that does not work for you, we suggest you each buy your own series.
Lighten Up is the only studio in town that supports you in your practice by including additional weeks on each package.The additional weeks on a series are intended to cover sick days, vacation
time, and possible multiple snow days (at the Director's discretion).
Classes are non-transferable. However, you may sign in a guest or friend
with your card anytime.
Time
Extensions
Time extensions will be given only in extreme circumstances such as medical
reasons or family emergencies. Please notify the office as soon as possible
to request an extension.
Refunds
Refunds are based on the date of request, not class attendance. Refunds
are pro-rated based on the drop-in rate of $15 a class.
Registration
Policies for Seminars, Special Classes or Workshops
To reserve your space, send a 50% deposit, or pay the full amount. The
balance of your registration fee is due 4 weeks prior to the event. For
seminars priced at $75 or less, full payment is required upon registration.
Refunds
will be given up to 30 days before an event, minus a $30 registration
fee. Cancellations after that time will be refunded only when your space
is filled, less the $30 fee. Cancellations within one week of the event
will not be refunded; however, fees paid will be credited to another workshop
or event, less the $30 registration fee.
Equipment
Lighten Up Yoga is a fully equipped studio. However, we do encourage students
to purchase their own mat and strap. We believe that having your
own yoga gear establishes your intention for better health and well-being
and encourages a home practice. Yoga is a way of life inside and outside
the studio.

on high-quality yoga gear average 10% below other venues. All prices
