The Three Circles Conference Center is easy to approach, air conditioned and includes wheelchair access. Send in the registration form with $15 to reserve your space. Scholarships are available and all proceeds from this session will go to benefit the NC Chapter of the National MS Society.

"Yoga is valuable for people with MS. There is no stress to contribute to fatigue, because yoga is noncompetitive. Breath and movement are integrated, so overheating is not as much of a concern. I see people becoming empowered by yoga everyday. They experience a series of small successes, and this adds up. Many go on to join classes with people who do not have MS."
